2. Unopened Products
For unopened garden lighting and irrigation equipment that has not been installed:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt
- Products must be in original packaging, unopened, and in sellable condition
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method
- Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered in error or is defective
3. Defective Products
For defective garden lighting or irrigation components:
- Defective products may be returned within the manufacturer's warranty period
- We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion

5. Installation Services

- Installation services are covered by our workmanship guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with the installation, please contact us within 14 days so we can address your concerns
- We will correct any installation issues at no additional cost within our guarantee period
- Service cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled installation may incur a cancellation fee
6. Maintenance Contracts

- Maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- Refunds for prepaid maintenance services will be prorated based on services delivered
- No refunds for partial months of service

8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds for garden lighting and irrigation products are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank processing times.
9. Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
